Which one suits you

Pick the Vertex 05 Geo if

You want to spend less: it is £5 cheaper delivered today (£174.99 against £179.99).
You want more power: a diamond head puts the sweet spot higher, which helps smashes and volleys.
You swing fast and want a crisper response: the core is firmer.
You already hit the ball cleanly: the brand pitches it at strong competitive players.

Pick the Vertex 05 W Cloud if

You want more control and a bigger sweet spot: a hybrid head is more forgiving on off-centre hits.
You want comfort: the core is soft, which gives more help on slow balls and tends to be kinder to the arm.
You want the more forgiving of the two: the brand pitches it at advanced players, so it asks less of your technique.
You want choice of where to buy: 4 UK shops stock it, against 2.

Not a factor, because they are the same on both: balance (both high), weight.
