Which one suits you

Pick the adidas Metalbone Team if

You want to spend less: it is £10 cheaper delivered today (£109.99 against £119.99).
You want comfort: the core is soft, which gives more help on slow balls and tends to be kinder to the arm.
You already hit the ball cleanly: the brand pitches it at advanced players.

Pick the Babolat Technical Veron 3.0 if

You swing fast and want a crisper response: the core is firmer.
You want a lighter racket: about 8 g less.
You want the more forgiving of the two: the brand pitches it at improving players, so it asks less of your technique.

Not a factor, because they are the same on both: shape (both diamond), balance (both high).
