Who we are

Padeal (padeal.co.uk) is a trading name of Kesters Nook Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with number 12174386, whose registered office is 19 Barnards Way, Kibworth, Leicestershire, LE8 0RS. You can contact us at hello@padeal.co.uk. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Padeal is, and is not

Padeal is a free comparison and information service. We show padel rackets, their specifications, and the prices UK retailers charge for them. We do not sell anything. When you click through to a retailer and buy, your contract is with that retailer, on their terms, and questions about delivery, returns, faults and refunds go to them. Your rights as a consumer against the retailer are not affected by anything here.

Prices and information

We check prices at least once a day and show when each was last checked, but retailers change prices, stock and delivery charges without telling us. The price on the retailer’s site when you buy is the one that applies. Delivery costs are the retailer’s standard UK rate where we know it.

Specifications come from brands and retailers, who do not always agree with each other. “Who it suits”, price verdicts and finder results are our reading of those specifications and of the prices we have recorded. They are general guidance, not a promise that a racket will suit you, and we have not played with most of the rackets on the site. Review summaries are summaries of other people’s published reviews, and say so. How we work explains all of this in more detail.

How we make money

Many links to retailers are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the retailer or network may pay us a commission. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not change the order of a price table, which is always sorted by delivered price. Some retailers we list pay us nothing. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Price alerts and emails

Price alerts and the newsletter are free and optional. We try to send alerts promptly, but we cannot guarantee that every price change will be caught or that an alert will reach you before a price changes again. You can stop any email with the link at the bottom of it.

Using the site

You are welcome to use the site for your own buying decisions and to share links to it. Please do not copy the site’s content or price data in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, or try to interfere with how it works. The text, design and data compilation on the site belong to Kesters Nook Limited or its licensors. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners.

Our responsibility to you

We take care over what we publish, but the site is provided free and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on prices, specifications or availability shown on the site, from a retailer’s acts or omissions, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
