Which one suits you

Pick the Metalbone (3.5) Ale Galan if

You want to spend less: it is £70 cheaper delivered today (£199.99 against £269.99).
You want more power: a diamond head puts the sweet spot higher, which helps smashes and volleys.
You want more weight behind the ball: the balance is higher, towards the head.
You want choice of where to buy: 4 UK shops stock it, against 1.

Pick the Metalbone Ctrl if

You want more control and a bigger sweet spot: a round head is more forgiving on off-centre hits.
You want it quicker in the hand and easier on the arm: the weight sits lower.

Not a factor, because they are the same on both: feel (both medium), weight, level (both professional).
