What we collect and why

• Email address, if you sign up for price alerts or the newsletter. We use it to send you what you asked for. Legal basis: consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing deletes the address.
• Outbound clicks. When you click through to a retailer we record which racket and retailer, the time, and a hashed, non-reversible version of your browser signature so we can count clicks without identifying you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring which retailers convert.
• Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free page analytics that do not track you across sites.

Affiliate links and cookies

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Links to retailers go through affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, and Awin and CJ Affiliate as retailers are added). When you click one, the network or retailer may set a cookie on their own site so they can attribute a purchase to us. That happens on their site under their privacy notice, not ours. We do not set advertising cookies on padeal.co.uk.

Where data is kept

On servers in the UK and EU (Supabase, London region, and Vercel). We keep email addresses until you unsubscribe and click logs for 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email hello@padeal.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
