Which one suits you

Pick the Arrow Hit Carbon if

You want to spend less: it is £93 cheaper delivered today (£145.99 against £238.99).
You want more power: a diamond head puts the sweet spot higher, which helps smashes and volleys.
You want more weight behind the ball: the balance is higher, towards the head.

Pick the Arrow Hit Ctrl if

You want more control and a bigger sweet spot: a round head is more forgiving on off-centre hits.
You want it quicker in the hand and easier on the arm: the weight sits lower.

Not a factor, because they are the same on both: feel (both soft), weight, level (both professional).
