Which one suits you

Pick the Arrow Hit if

You want more power: a diamond head puts the sweet spot higher, which helps smashes and volleys.
You want more weight behind the ball: the balance is higher, towards the head.
You swing fast and want a crisper response: the core is firmer.

Pick the Arrow Hit Carbon Ctrl if

You want to spend less: it is £71 cheaper delivered today (£148.99 against £219.99).
You want more control and a bigger sweet spot: a round head is more forgiving on off-centre hits.
You want it quicker in the hand and easier on the arm: the weight sits lower.
You want comfort: the core is soft, which gives more help on slow balls and tends to be kinder to the arm.

Not a factor, because they are the same on both: weight, level (both professional).
