Best padel rackets for advanced players

8 rackets · prices checked 5 October 2026

These are the top of each brand's range: the rackets with a professional's name on them, the stiffest carbon and the highest prices. They are good. They are also less forgiving than anything else on this site, and a lot of people who buy them would play better with the model below.

I'm aware that won't stop anyone (it didn't stop me). So the useful thing this list can do is show which of them are widely stocked, because that is where the price competition is. A racket sold by four UK shops is usually cheaper, relative to its RRP, than one sold by a single shop.

Last season's versions of most of these are on a separate list, often for a good deal less.

How this list is made

What gets in: Rated by the brand for advanced or professional players, current season, with full specs published.

The order: how many UK shops stock it, then how well it fits the list, then price. We have not play-tested these rackets, so “best” here means best fit on the brand’s published specs at today’s price, and nothing more. No brand or shop pays to be included. We may earn a commission if you buy through a shop link, and where two rackets tie, one we can earn on goes first. How we work.

Stuck between two of them?

The reasoning, at more length
Is this year's racket worth it, or should you buy last season's?

New ranges land, old ones drop 30 to 50 per cent, and the difference between them is often paint.
