Which one suits you

Pick the Radical Motion if

You want it quicker in the hand and easier on the arm: the weight sits lower.
You swing fast and want a crisper response: the core is firmer.
You already hit the ball cleanly: the brand pitches it at advanced players.

Pick the Radical Team Light if

You want to spend less: it is £16 cheaper delivered today (£93.75 against £109.99).
You want more weight behind the ball: the balance is higher, towards the head.
You want comfort: the core is soft, which gives more help on slow balls and tends to be kinder to the arm.
You want a lighter racket: about 15 g less.
You want the more forgiving of the two: the brand pitches it at newer players, so it asks less of your technique.

Not a factor, because they are the same on both: shape (both teardrop).
